With over a decade of proven experience, he has built a successful career specializing in strategic planning, human resource management, sales and marketing, and operational management. As the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Ceylon IQ Global (Pvt) Ltd, he leads with a focus on innovation, team spirit, and talent development — consistently guiding organizations toward growth and sustainability. His leadership philosophy is rooted in overcoming challenges with unity and creating opportunities for others to lead. Beyond business, he is deeply committed to environmental protection and sustainable development goals, aligning both his professional ventures and personal values with global sustainability efforts. Mr Sugath has a rich history of community service and youth leadership. He has served as a President of an International Rotary Interact Club, member of Rotaract Clubs, and held key positions within Lions Clubs International – District 306 B2, including Cabinet Officer and District Chairperson.
